Mobile/Embedding

Background

This page is not meant to replace or take priority over some of the already existing pages concerning embedding, but is meant to capture the ideas and thoughts around what requirements mobile would have to embedding. The outcome might be that we think the current thoughts (see below) are adequate, but in case we don't let's put our thoughts down here and discuss them and then bring them to the Mozilla 2 team.

There are already some thoughts around the embedding API in the work around Mozilla2:Embedding_API_Design specifically the section around Embedding_APIs where some of the current choices are listed.

In this light we also need to think about documentation (from building the code, to samples on different platforms).
