Objectives
As with 1.0, the focus of Fennec 1.1 is to continue making a great web browser. One of the primary goals is too improve existing UI features based on feedback. In addition, there are a few new features which can have a big impact.
We are trying to limit the amount of platform (non-front-end) work to a minimum. There may be some small platform work, but the primary focus for 1.1 is the front-end.
As always, there is a huge backlog of ideas and we hope that people will continue to experiment with addons and submit patches.
Timeline
Fennec 1.1 has a short duration development cycle. Important milestones:
