• bug 989462 - Schedule Android 2.3 mochitest,xpcshell,robocop tests (only) on all trunk trees and make them ride the trains

Move dates have not been set but we do have a hard deadline of July 31 to be out of SCL1

IT is beginning to plan the SCL1 move out including panda infrastructure (eg Foopies, Mozpool and pandas)

Autophone

• USB networking ended up being even noisier than wifi, some sort of performance degradation over time.
• We're going with local-only tests for now, running via adb, with the goal of not using wifi so we can put these in a data center or office some time this quarter.
