bug 1163129 - Autophone - 2015-05-09 deployment stuck.
- Had to disable Mm on all but nexus-7-jdq39-2. Still available via try builds. Also had to disable webappstartup on nexus-s-4 due to rooting issues.
- Try chooser has caused inadvertent autophone try tests which caused nexus-7-jdq39-2 to fall behind. May remove Autophone from try chooser and require manual try commits to prevent being DOSed.
