• c3.xlarge pool enabled for Android 2.3 tests. bug 1034055 Yesterday it was 200 machines but pending count was too high (~1300 jobs) so today I reconfiged to increase it to 400 and the pending count is slowly coming down. We are seeing a higher number of timeouts than we would like due to losing bids. (These tests are all run on spot instances that we bid for and if someone else bids a higher price for we lose them and have to retry). Rail has suggested trying a new instance type that we can reduce our retry count bug 1038941 so I'll investigate that.
• panda move train complete. Thanks to Hal, DCOps and RelOps for all there work on this very long work item. Last night the pandas were enabled but the foopies didn't have their json updated to reflect the new hostnames until this morning. This will contribute to higher Panda retry counts during this period.
• All talos tests on tegras will be disabled with next reconfig bug 1033507
