pmoore iterating on patches for bug 1040319 Ensure that Fennec builds from mozilla-esr31 have a buildID to allow for armv6/Android 2.2 users to update to mozilla-esr31 apks
kmoir has patches up and green builds for bug 1019919 android single locale central/aurora nightlies not reporting to balrog, refactoring patches based on feedback. After landing this will move on to bug 1019724 Update channels for single locale Beta and Release builds of Firefox for Android

Panda pool will be downsizing bug 1056137 by 3 racks (~264 pandas)
- spare pandas will be used to backfill bad/dead pandas and the rest to be kept in storage
- associated foopy and mozpool hardware will be re-purposed to x86 testers
