Status reports

(pmoore) setting up releng infrastructure to support new HD chassis.
(callek) releng-operational-improvement-only today switching all mobile devices to not be locked to specific buildbot masters, and letting slavealloc distribute them based on time sliced load.
(Callek) Aware of wait time spike in pandas yesterday (only 81% started emmediately per [1]), prioritizing the work for fixing fundamental logic issues [as theorized] with pandas above my other work as of today. Took some short-term efforts to be back at [near] full capacity as of now, but that is just treating the symptom, not the problem.
- Lots of thoughts/data in relevant bugs ([2], [3], and lastly [4] will break down into distinct clear action items possibly in new bugs.)
- Unlikely the direct cause of the wait times, but Bug panda-recovery has 107 open bugs linked to it, needs relops and DCOps coordination to triage/treat.

Previous action item was to file bugs on SkiaGL issues and previous regressions
- I have been working on getting the phones stabilized. The new SanDisk Pro sdcards caused stability issues with the current droid pro and one of the current nexus ones. I returned the unstable phones to the older sdcards but defective cards have made the process time consuming. I've started "checking" the older Kingston cards by formatting them on my MacBook Pro and then doing a secure erase for 7 cycles and rejecting any cards that fail. This appears to be working in eliminating cards with issues.
- In another attempt to reduce sdcard issues, I have a patch in progress for bug 933842 which allows definitive setting of the testroot per device which will help detect sdcard issues more quickly.
- I will get the new phones on line and file bugs starting this evening.

Upgraded watchers to not interfere with results
Still having some issues with LG G2X, though Galaxy Nexus seems to be going steady. Will try to find some time to dig into underlying issues.
Android 4.4 has a screenrecorder utility which could be interesting for running Eideticker without specialized capture hardware. Filed bug 933987 to track working on this.
