What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Asia

I've been working with a few Asian l10n teams as their community mentor to get them reformed and back on track. My main goal in attending will be to help push l10n teams in Asia who have fallen behind on Firefox l10n get back on track.

What I want to achieve by Sunday (November 18th)

Establish a plan/timeline for each team to get their work on track.

What I will achieve by December 2nd

See & approve these plans.

What I will achieve by December 16th

Facilitate their reaching their goals.
