What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Europe

• Understand the current performance and memshrink efforts.
• Get a better idea of what Mozilla is doing on mobile.
• Discuss the future of Thunderbird.

What I want to achieve by Sunday (September 9th)

Get to know people working on performance, memshrink and WebRTC.

What I will achieve by September 23rd

Have a clear understanding of what's coming for Thunderbird (especially who's doing what after the governance transition).
