What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Europe

Learn how people use--and wish they could use--online discussion and collaboration tools (mailing list, social networks, forums) to connect with mozillians when we are apart, to help bring us all together.

What I want to achieve by Sunday (September 9th)

Have written a complete draft of a Requirements Document for what is needed of our discussion tools moving forward, with a focus on what is lacking in our current offerings.

What I will achieve by September 23rd

Have a public blog+wiki post on the tools we will evaluate that meet the Requirements Document to solicit feedback.

What I will achieve by October 7th

A refined list of our 3 'best bet' options to recommend internally and externally for careful evaluation, with the expected goal of implementing the consensus choice throughout Q4.
