What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Europe

Get localizers excited about B2G

What I want to achieve by Sunday (September 9th)

• 30 localizers to know how to run the desktop build on their laptops,
• 15 localization teams to have set up an environment to localize B2G and be ready when the string freeze happens; if we have the repositories set up by then, I want these teams to make their first commit to hg,
• 3 localization teams to sign up for keeping their localization up to date at all times, even before the string freeze (this is the best way to squash localizability bugs)

What I will achieve by September 23rd

• B2G string freeze, localization started

What I will achieve by October 7th
