What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Europe

   Meet in person with contributors from Russia, Turkey and the Northern Africa to talk about ideas for PR outreach in their counties / regions.
   Run successful sessions and apply the feedback received 

What I want to achieve by Sunday (September 9th)

   Had personal conversations with contributors from Russia, Turkey and Northern Africa
   Have lots of ideas to digest after sessions and hallway conversations 

What I will achieve by September 23rd

   Follow-up on the PR specific conversations
   Share ideas and feedback on how best to drive Comms Rep programme

What I will achieve by October 7th

   Give feedback to folks in Russia, Turkey, Northern Africa what we will do PR wise until end of year
