What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Europe

Mozilla has a lot of plans for Q4 and next year and we need volunteers engaged with that. I will try to have a map/document of paid staff that could make relationship with volunteers to make a better participation of volunteers in Mozilla next steps.
