Summary: Thunderbird is preparing for a change in governance and in release model. The volunteers and paid staff are working together in defining how we will keep Thunderbird flying. This session will present up-to-date results and summary of these conversations: Main community objectives, Organization and governance, What does Mozilla do/What do volunteers do, Key upcoming contributions, How you can help...
