I'm volunteer in Mozilla project as a Mozilla FR volunteer (localization, documentation, event organizer, community manager), as a Remo member, and as BonjourMozilla redactor.

Talk Length (please choose between 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes): 30 minutes
Summary:
I will present a talk about FLOSS and the Average Jane and Joe. I want to convince "geeks" (Mozilla volunteers) that they should make some efforts to welcome "normal people", because geeks need Average Jane or Joe to understand what the public really wants or needs. It's the only way to really open the Web!</br>
So, of course, I will explain what geeks can do to attract "normal people", in order to attract more into Mozilla community.

The aim of this session is to upgrade community building skills by explain how to speak to non-technical persons.
Expected Outcome or Deliverable: Sharing best practices and experiences on "evangelization" to Mr and Mrs Average and how to explain Mozilla project to this kind of persons.
Desired Audience Type or Skill-set: Nothing - this session is open to everyone, but you'll need your sense of humor!
