The content on the current site is out of date in many cases, and is not amazingly well written for its target audience. It is in need of rewrites, and for the overall revamp, some new content could do with being created.

Considerations

Items that should be considered before moving on to the solution. 
These are related to the problem as they help others understand it.

• Content can be informal and chatty as it is to a community.
  
• Content should be checked before published to ensure all information in correct (unless opinion based in which case moderation should be considered).
  
• Content should be created for all those likely to visit the site so not all content can be informal.
  

Solution

Outline of the potential solutions to the problem.
Include any proto-types and mockups if relevant.

Well writting content and allowing for dynamic content seems the obvious solution. To allow for a guide included is a rough sitemap. Some points on this map are areas that may not be needed for the initial relaunch however does need to be started.
