  • Matt and I talked about Agile; felt it would be a great fit for our team and want to look forward to implementing the process
  • James suggests we should sit in on the planning poker meetings for MDN; aakashd will ask about the when/where

Events Manager UX

• Just started working on the UX today
• We’re only missing a couple of things (like an Edit button), but how most things work are already outlined
• The concern is how to design the interaction in such a way that the product feels like part of a bigger family (phonebook, taskboard, events manager)
• The desktop version will need to be prototyped afterwards
