Phonebook

• All Stop! Progress
  • Getting an understanding of schemas and settings tables for every environment
  • Getting a hold of Sheeri now
  • Encourage folks to wipe out environments locally without vagrant
  • Aiming to have things figured out by the end of this week; if not, then will at least have an understanding of what to do
• API
  • Tim and James have a 1:1 scheduled to talk about it tomorrow
  • Will be broken down and figured out steps

Taskboard

• Copying app out of Mozillians
  • Instead because there's no real dependencies, just removing all the mozillians code and starting up a new repo
  • ETA: today
• QA starting up
  • bunch of questions and will sync up with aakashd in a 1:1 on Wednesday

Process and Mgmt

• Priorities with Basecamp
  • Top priorities: Location, API, Privacy Controls
  • We'll need to figure out how all of this works
• Scrumbugz
  • Comes with non-insignificant cost; might be too much for now, but worth it for predictability once things are less crazy.
  • Take-away: Everyone read up on Agile methodologies and meet up in 2 weeks on how to implement for our team
