• Outreach with Twitter on bug 784920, twitter is causing sync layout which harm the browser when the tab is in the background

Fix cache - hurley, bbondy

Results from the past week

• Landed more work to get better telemetry data for how much cache corruption reduction plan will help. Initial benefits can be seen here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=787576#c0 but I expect the new results to be much better. [bbondy]
