Project Overview & Objectives

Add synchronous screen sharing with audio to the tools available to contributors who solve people’s issues in the support forums.

• Screen sharing allows for the contributor to directly see what the issue is instead of having to rely on reports from an unsavy user.
• Interaction is synchronous, so that potential solutions can be tried right away and feedback is immediate. That way interaction time is reduced to a minimum
• This is a more engaging way to solve questions, which in turn is more motivating for contributors
