This is an structure of Mozilla QA Bangladesh Community based on the larger Mozilla Community and Web QA Team's Contributor Level. The Template of this Wiki page is based on the FSA Recognition System

Who are you in our Community!
Contribution is something, that we do produly as part of our activity. From doing a Feature's Testing, Testing or trying to reproduce an issue, Triage a Bug or set the right component, verifying a Bug's Fix is and the activity that we do to make Firefox and all the product's and features that Mozilla plan's to work on to make the web a more better place. We are so thankful for your efforts and we want to recognize you for your contributions. Below you will find ways on how you can be recognized. From social featuring to badges to certificates to swag - if you contribute really hard, you can get them all.
Program Levels
We have a contributor level structure which helps us to recognize a contributor. An Contributor should take the listed steps to reach each level of our community's structure. These are by no means restrictions, please feel free to go above and beyond!
Casual Contributor
New to Mozilla? Interested in QA? Become a Casual Contributor of our Community.
A Causal Contributor is someone who has volunteered small amount of time in any kind of activity. It shows that you have made an initial participation in our community.Being a Causal Contributor makes you a part of our community.
♦♦ Requirements include the listed criterias below.
- Attend/ Participate in at least 4 (Four) Online or Offline Events/ Test Day/ Activities organized by our community.
- Joined our communication channels (e.g. Facebook Group, Mailing List).
Active Contributor
Level up by contributing more and being more involved in our community.
An Active contributor is someone who has volunteered substantial time performing QA activities that also involves interactions with others.

- Received the Casual Contributor Badge.
- Participated consistently in most of the activities in last 3 months.
- Attend/ Participate in at least 10 (Ten) Online or Offline Events/ Test Day/ Activities organized by our community.
- Interact through our communication channels (e.g. Facebook Group, chats, Mailing List).
Core Contributor
This level of contributor's reflects the biggest commitment to our community.
A core contributor is someone whose action reflects leadership ability or skill towards our community. They will help us to shape the future of our community. We are proud to have you in our community.
Requirements include the listed criterias below.

- Received the Active Contributor Badge
- Continuing activity as an Active Contributor in a 6 Month's Timeline/ Period.
- Have sound knowledge about all our activities.
- Regularly participates in Community Calls.
- Actively share his/her ideas and give feedbacks to others.
- Engage with new contributors.
- Provides help in organizing online/offline events*
- Have a passion for helping other contributors in the community!
BENEFITS: Contributor's who will become a Core Contributor will take part in all the decision making/ Future shaping activity, will receive a special Swag Pack (Which includes a T Shirt), will be invited to become a Mentor, vouched on Mozillians.org and will be in the first series of attendees of QA Community Meetup! They will be awarded a special certificate which will declare their contribution activities over the period on Mozilla Projects!
QA Community Mentor
Mentors are a special group of people who guide beginners to become a contributor and help contributors to contribute. Someone do not need to be an Active Contributor/ Core Contributor to become a Mentor. If you are enthusiast/interested to help others, You are Welcome to apply for becoming a mentor.
