Core Responsibilities
- Setting up the overall test plan
- Ensuring iteration developed bugs are tagged and tested in a timely manner
- Ensuring unassigned feature work gets assigned
- Ensuring critical bugs are assigned, investigated, and remain on-track
- Escalating critical issues to Engineering and/or Release Management when needed
- Ensuring all key metrics (bugs, features, etc) are signed off before uplift or release
- Attending meetings, effectively communicating status, and raising quality concerns/blockers
