Fennec Updates
(eg. Status, top issues)
- Mozilla (aakashd)
- Code Freeze is today, but there are still 42 blocker bugs open
- As of now QA should be in bug filing and test creation mode for the remainder of this week
- Waverley (ioana, andreea, adriana)
- Status
- ran Smoke tests, BFT's and OS integration on nightly builds, OS: Maemo 5, Android 2.1 and 2.2
- Issues/Questions
- bug 591955 is verified fixed but it reproduces on Nokia N900 with last build (and yesterday's as well; haven't tried it on builds dated 15th and 17th).
- On Nokia N900, there is no minimize button on VKB. There is a "return" button which tries to load what one entered using VKB (bottom right) and a button on the bottom left which opens a "Keyboard menu" with 3 items: "Cut", "Copy" and "Paste". Should minimize button exist on Nokia N900's virtual keyboard? (there are a couple of test cases in OS integration suite that asks tester to minimize the VKB 12317, 12334)
- No nightly build for Android Today. As I understood from here, it is still burning
- Status
Round Table
(eg. Other items to discuss)
- Other Issues/Questions:Desktop Firefox
- Shockwave plugin is broken
- There are some problems with restoring session on Linux. Details here
- Is Web Console supposed to be restored after killing FF?
