  • Ramping back up on Fx4 development this week. Lots of checkins expected today.
  • No schedule yet for Fx4b9.

  • Status:
    • Ran smoketests and BFTs using the latest trunk
    • Updated console tests from spreadsheets according to new changes
  • Issues:
    • bug 622782 - Browser hangs when trying to print a page with flash content
    • bug 622537 - Establish a min and max size limit on screen for the Web Console
    • bug 622803 - Close button shouldn't be used while in stacked view
    • bug 622806 - Auto arrange groups in Panorama view
    • bug 622809 - Groups shouldn't be allowed to have the same name
  • Questions:
    • Should the master password be asked every time Firefox accesses the stored passwords?
      • Yes, the master password should be asked every time you try to view stored passwords. (juanb)
    • While in panorama view, is it expected for the close button (ALT + F4) to get you back to tab view?
      • Check in #tabcandy. We do try to prevent the user from closing the application while in panorama view, so this might be expected. (juanb)
    • The "Downloads Complete" notification slider in the lower right of the screen is missing on Mac OS X 10.6, is it expected?
      • Is this the notification that appears on the Windows operating system? If it is the notification that used to appear in the status bar, which has been deprecated, try to enable it and see if the notification shows after the download is completed.

    • ran Smoke tests, BFT's and OS integration on nigthly builds on all the available devices (Nokia N900, HTC Desire, Samsung S galaxy Captivate, Motorola Droid 2) Results here
    • ran the Performance tests for 4.0b3 on HTC Desire (Android 2.1), Motorola Droid 2 (Android 2.2), Nokia N900 (Maemo 5) Results here - 10 times - Test Process (details)
