    • Main focus:
      • Build sign offs – 43 Beta 3

Mobile Features status

  • ON TRACK - Support read/unread state in reading list UI
  • ON TRACK - Redo Fennec dynamic toolbar implementation

ON TRACK - Include URL when sharing selected text from website

NA - Cease posting Firefox on the T-Store -> we currently have

    • no access to this, under legal radar only
    • from lawrence - removal from OneStore (formerly T-Store) is scheduled for this Friday.

ON TRACK - Use "split pane styling" for History Panel on Tablets (landscape)

AT RISK - Enable and support signed add-ons

    • Still has open bugs and implementations are made

ON TRACK - Menu icon to follow Google's material design guidelines

ON TRACK - Refine appearance of tab audio indicator & enable it by default

NA - Setup A/B testing framework in release and beta

    • no action required from us here.

    • Issues around crash rates today, caused by ADI, see bug 1223788. Added a note to arewestableyet.com about this as well.
    • mobile crash rate is up to 2.0 for release mostly bug 1223455
  • EME automation + YouTube MSE automation [sydpolk]
  • Updated media tests to use new treeherder credentials
  • Work to move firefox-ui-tests are being moved to mozilla-central.
  • Media tests are being moved to run in the mozmill-ci jenkins instance.

  • A number of smaller crash issues, should be manageable if nothing else comes along.

Security

Automation (whimboo)

  • Mozmill-CI's postbuild feature has been landed on production, which allows us to send reports to treeherder even for busted/aborted jobs (traffic on mozmill-ci list should even be lower now)
  • Work ongoing to get Firefox UI Tests executed via mozharness in Mozmill-CI; current blocker is Treeherder submission - possible solution mozlog structured logging for all mozharness output
  • New marionette releases coming soon: Bug 1223517; major api change in marionette-client (pre-requiste to get firefox-ui-tests and firefox-media-tests into mozilla-central)
