  • Firefox
    • Firefox 28.0b6 released yesterday, 28.0b7 goes to build on Thursday
    • qa-drivers@mozilla.com email alias set up so that those outside our team (dev, relman, releng) can more easily access us when they don't know who to contact
  • We could ask for help here with the verification/testday work for the end of the current 2 week iteration... (add link to specific query?)
  • ESR (mwobensmith)
  • Stability (KaiRo)
    • Beta is looking good in overall rates, Anthony has a bit of concern on Metro due to bug 960692 though.
    • Our pushing helped for sure to make 28 look better in crash rates, a few more things possibly to do there as well as on 29.
    • Nightly has been having many regressions recently, but all being worked on swiftly.
    • Prototyping an analysis matrix for issues on which we need to improve, ask KaiRo if you're interested
  • Security (mwobensmith)
    • Safe browsing, pkix cert compatibility
    • Pwn2Own could cause chemspill during March12-14, so be aware: http://www.pwn2own.com

      • Exploring what we already have w/ Program (Sheila) and Relman (Bhavana/Preeti). Turns out a lot of metrics already being calculated and stored, so possible we largely just need to aggregate and interpret.
      • Updating queries for Health Report, but necessity of those depends on above to an extent.

      • Draft blog post by pragmatic promoting the badge is in progress, and will be circulated this week for comments and feedback before being posted on QMO.

      • answering ~5-10 new inquiries per day
      • using private dashboard/scripts to track known QA contributors
      • Current bugzilla activity: 11 community contributors active this week; 12 this year, 7 have made accounts but not taken any actions in bugzilla. We can tally the testday/manual testing contributors and add them to this count. (There are many more, just not all in my list) I'll keep reporting these numbers every week.
