need some data from the release! yay release!
need symbols from partner release builds
checklist of things that we will need to get done now that socorro ui moved to django. Yay django!
If you build your own custom builds, gonk/gecko on mac, I recommend not to do a repo sync. There's some build issues that I ran into, which jlebar has now come across.
[jsmith] Partner App Customization Round #1 Testing on 6/20 Build Finished for 1.1
[jsmith & swaroopa] Simple Push Testing - exploratory & planning underway
[nhirata] Leo Base Build update:
v08e is where our releng base build is coming from : Bug 885556
v08j base build testing
showing some issues, having said that it was announced so that we don't get too far behind; reported issues to leo
[nhirata] master/1.2 build device testing:
unagi showed most stable followed by hamachi. leo device needs a bug to be back out, having said that we're suppose to get a different device from leo for 1.2 as far as I know. Inari builds have issues of needing the android base to be upgraded in order to work right.
Smoketesting continues on Leo and Unagi Devices
Sanity check is being run on 1.1 Unagi for dogfooders and 1.2
Usage regression in yesterday's 1.1 build: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=889635
[jammink] leorun4 being co-ordinated; coverage ~60%
keeping running nominations for critical bugs found during testrun
[jammink] started testplan for Comms Apps for 1.2
[jammink] starting testrun & certification (IOT) guides
Compatibility Test Suite:
Working on Battery Status/Geolocation exercisers and test cases
Completing estimates on rest of Compatibility Test Suite areas
Had discussion w/ A-Team about running Mochitest on-device (sanity-checking device builds, possible use for certification programs). Will explore virtual appliance-based solution to drive mochitests over adb; goal is something simple enough that 3rd party testing houses can run.

SimplePush load testing starting up
Web (Stephen)
B2G/Gaia testing:
latest and greatest GitHub activity here:
https://github.com/mozilla/gaia-ui-tests/pulse
our tests are finding lots of bugs on master branch (about 1-2 a day) and some fairly major but lots of them are being uplifted onto v1-train before devs can fix - we will work on that pressure
v1-train is stabilising a lot but we still see lots of b2g18 related crashes
relating to crashes, qDOT is working on getting valgrind hooked up and running tests (including ours -- very slow execution time, though, at least 10x)
developer and PM interest increasing, especially around on-device-specific test coverage, like Camera
lots of stabilization work; doubled down on both master-on-device and desktop builds
Gaia UI Tests are now on Cedar, using a separate manifest (look for Gu):
https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Cedar&showall=1&rev=aa84b80e7471
we're using this to triage and shake out Marionette and test-stability issues, before greenlighting TBPL proper
