Firefox OS (Tchung)

  • 1.4
    • QA Wanted & smoketesting
    • 48/48 smoketests passing, no blockers (Dolphin 256 MB)

Platform (sydpolk)

  • We are getting the WebRTC effort kicked off again using a new sprint tracking tool.

Services (Edwong)

  • Identity/Persona
    • pushed a fix on monday for b2g persona sign in breakage
  • FxA
    • working on profile images for accounts
  • Sync
    • getting reports of failures - I think we're moving users off those bad nodes
  • SimplePush
    • Deployed a new build 8/5
  • Loop
    • have a number of deploys next week

Web (Stephend)

  • Affiliates
  • B2G/Gaia testing:
    • regained crash recovery/stability (not fewer crashes, but stability in the runner itself)
    • work underway by Dave Hunt to report into treeherder
    • lab buildout continues; almost there with reaching desired capacity of 40 Flames
    • we're looking at the JS <-> Python harness/runner

    • ftp may need to be added as one of the expected mirrors that our test automation checks for

      • All failures for TPS tests are gone since we landed Cosmins patch end of July. So we have a green testrun since then! (Bug 981706)

  • Talk to mbrandt if you are interested in providing feedback about MozTrap the tool from FX OS standpoint
