Events should...

• be streamed and recorded on AirMozilla as much as possible
• last no more than two hours, although multiple daily sessions possible
• be purpose-built to teach a single skill or tool
• provide clear instructions and requirements to participate
• not be all things to all people
• connect new contributors with projects across Mozilla
• be local(ized) whenever possible
• accessible outside of the official time
• All mentions of time should be in local-time and UTC
• Where possible, events should act as funnel for Mozillians and Firefox Accounts

Before the Event

• Create a testplan on wiki.mozilla.org
• Post your event to Firefox Friends

During the Event

• Make sure participants fill out this survey

After the Event

• Fill out this survey to make sure the event is accounted for archival purposes
