Delete build1 from releases / purge the CDN

• Filed bug 1099368 to purge the CDN caches.

• backout configs, see bug 1099486
• Push to mirrors
  • forced release-mozilla-beta-firefox_push_to_mirrors after configs reverted
  • normally done by automation, but purged when build 2 expected
• At the same time, run pushsnip and publish in Balrog
