Missing release mail

A bunch of mail went missing, probably related to the switch to the new notification list. Filed bug 1142967 to investigate further.

XULRunner builds

Mac and Windows XULRunner builds are still broken. Pinged in bug 1137060 and bug 1140797 to get fixes backported.
