- bug 1176759 prevented release-runner to start the release. Reverted the problematic ship-it PR, synced manually to git.m.o and deployed
- Release runner continued to work, bumped configs, but was not able to reconfig due to missing beta version in the partial list

- some win32 l10n repacks failed because of insufficient disk space, retried automatically

The final sign-off came on Fri in the same thread with "pushed to play store". Rail was on PTO and missed it, until was pinged by catlee/lmandel. Running post-release didn't help, because the configs were using version 39.0.1. Symlinked the latest directory manually.
