Firefox 30.0 (hwine)

build2 was a bit rough because build1 had already reached the mirrors
- check permission/push to mirrors originally failed because we didn't pre-delete the files & purge the cdn
- final verify failed (expected after a cdn purge)
- IT had trouble purging the CDN correctly

ar l10n repacks failed because we set the update channel to esr and the build system uses it to define a list of locales for lightning (calendar)
