Participation Team Update

George updated us about the future plans of the Participation team. Reps will be an important part of the future plans and we will make sure to give updates over time. There is a 18-month-strategy draft, which will be shared with everyone shortly. We agreed that we (Council) need to be more efficient to make it possible to bring Mozilla's mission forward together. Recognition Brainstorming

We discussed the recognition brainstorming Etherpad quickly and decided to get this out to all Reps to give all the possible feedback. Please fill out your ideas in there: https://remo.etherpad.mozilla.org/recognition

Community Space Program

We discussed the Community Space Program and agreed, that an evaluation of the current spaces would be great to see what we could do better and take this knowledge for future Spaces.

Trello Cleanup

We cleaned up the Reps Trello board: https://trello.com/b/aqQ8cgqz/mozilla-reps . From now on, we will only have tasks in the "In Progress" column if we're really working on it. Further, we will prioritize them and set an end date to better organize our work. New work will be entered as tasks to the "Ready" or "Backlog" column and we discuss the work to be done in every Council meeting and move them to "In Progress".
