Whistler Report
We decided to publish the Whistler Report on the Reps blog.
Mandatory trainings for budget >$500
We discussed an idea that we could introduce mandatory trainings for budgets > $500 to make sure that Council only needs to vote on budget requests that are well-planned and have impact. You will hear about this in the coming weeks as we're working on a draft and figure out how we could handle this.
Makerparty budgets
We discussed the makerparty budgets and the new Webmaker policy and reminded everyone that webmaker makerparties should be no-budget where possible.
Trello cleanup
