Get outside feedback for Reps
Rosana talked to Mary Ellen who had an interesting proposal. To get a broader view what we could do else in Reps to make us more impactful, we could talk to other organizations which have a similar structure. This could either be something like the Fedora Council (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Council) or other (not even necessarily open source related) communities. It could be very interesting to have meetings with several of those organizations (to be identified) to ask them questions on how they handle things. Our next steps will be to consolidate a question catalog. To identify possible interview partners/organizations, it would be great to get all your help as well! If you know an amazing community who could share their insights into community structures, community development and building or organizational structurs, please get back to us. We will share the catalog and list of possible organizations to talk to as soon as we have them.
Open Work
