→Page Shot / Screenshotting in Firefox: Added timezone info

We want to make setup easy for everyone, but we still have work to do. We have a [https://github.com/mozilla-services/pageshot/labels/good%20first%20bug list of good first bugs]. If you want to start on one, please get your development environment setup first, and after that comment on a bug that you intend to work on it.
Note that the Page Shot developers work during the day, in timezones from UTC-8 to UTC-5. If an applicant can't work during many of those hours it is unlikely to be a good fit.
