Additional MAR file sections may defined in the future. These sections must follow directly after the SIGNATURES section. A 4 byte block separator must be added before each additional section with each byte being equal to 0. This is so the MAR reader code knows whether it is reading an additional block of if it is reading the INDEX.IndexSize.
