Changes

Some old MAR files will not contain the SIGNATURE block nor the <tt>HEADER.FileSize</tt> field. Old parsers simply skip over these fields because they ignore everything between the MAR header and the offset given in the <tt>HEADER.OffsetToIndex</tt> field.
