Pedant Warning! :-) You want a ''high'' signal to noise ratio = S/N
This is true. We could use the npm.seamonkey group, but it seems to also have a high S/N ratio. I think it is very important that all efforts be coordinated at one easy place. Some threaded discussion would be the best. --[[User:irixman|irixman]]
