I did this a bit ago, however, I can't find my own instructions :P

VNC as the root user with the root password. It will take you to the
Builders's session.
=Mountain Lion machines- 10.8 =
I don't know yet.
You can use the root user, however, you will be starting root's VNC
session without being able to see what is happening under Builder.
