What is the web people expect?

(people use the web as tools like toasters, they don't care how the toaster works or why. How do we help them understand why they want some of the high minded stuff we do?)

Does what we have talked about here match the Mozilla manifesto or, are we introducing some new items which means, we need to update the manifesto.

The web is a global shared resource

The web should be better then current operating systems.
