- Focus: searching from the homepage [2010-10-21]
- Tested two users. They were told only to search from the SUMO home page to find articles. These were the prompts:
- You've just visited a site that has told you that you need to enable cookies in order for it to work. You want to find out how to do that.
- You are watching a video and it disappears and is replaced with a message that says the adobe flash plugin has crashed. You want to find out what you can do about that.
- You have a zillion bookmarks and want to learn how you can organize them.
- You want to know how you can change your home page to something other than the default firefox/google search.
- You want to remove the list of websites that show up when you click on the history menu.
- You've just downloaded a few things (pictures and videos) and you don't know where they were saved.
- A friend told you you should update your flash plugin. You need to figure out how to do that.
- I'll post interesting parts of the tests along with a summary for the SUMO meeting on [2010-10-25]

Focus: using the new Kitsune KB [2010-11-19]Moving this to Dec.
December
Since we've pushed 2.3 we've got two big things to test: Follow up on search from October and general usability and discoverability (compare with this). I'll have to make sure that articles are in the right category, with proper keywords and summaries in preparation for this.
