- Performance update from Laura: webdev/IT has run tests showing db transactions is our bottleneck.
- Mark will add another db slave, which should solve that
- Est. traffic on launch day: 4M reqs
- Firefox 3 launch preparations
- Create Upgrading to Firefox 3 article (cilias)
- Create list of issues solved in Firefox 3 (cilias)
- Blog about the need for extra help during launch (djst)
- Manage live chat queue manually, communicate about more strict live chat policies during launch (Lucy)
- New article policy: if a common issue in Fx3 is detected, we will file a new KB article bug with severity Critical, and manually seed it into the Top 10 list on the start page
- Increased forum thread monitoring for trends and issues (np)
- Firefox Screencast Contest closed
- Got 45 submissions

Knowledge Base
- Knowledge base is a "go" for Firefox 3.
- Some updates need to be made at time of release.
- Bugzilla: 2 new article requests [1][2], 8 article bugs fixed [3].
- Screenshot policy resolution (Disagree with it? Post in this thread.)
- Limit screenshot content per article to 200k.
- Do Firefox 3 screenshots first.
