Support Forum

SUMO Day this Thursday to support Firefox 42 launch and Fall Campaign - Common Responses from PR to be shared tomorrow SUMO efforts on Social - we're working together with the Social Media team to help them with all incoming support requests on Twitter and Facebook. How? Answering to escalations Approving FR & DE posts Please let Madalina know if you want to help out! We are looking for people who can reply to escalated posts and also FR and DE approvers!

• "Escalated" posts are posts on Twitter &FB related to support that the social team doesn't know how to answer and flag them to us. They are VERY easy (similar to what you can find on AoA) we just need to point people to the right direction.
