Work Week Wash-up

• Extremely helpful for everyone and the team. Didn't code too much.
• Roadmap could have been done earlier, but it has helped us understand what's happening.
• Really helpful time doing pair programming
• Got everyone excited about what we're doing, high expectations
• Great to meet with Harvey
• Missed opportunity with delaying the brown bag
• Getting Shane involved was really helpful

Q2 Goals & Roadmap priorities

• Agreed to try for three buckets for areas of features when we look at the roadmap list for features in Q2:
  • SPA (Service Provider Adapters)
  • Website APIs
  • Hooking up contacts to P2P conversation (chat, voice, video)
