This week: Yellow - project deliverables and timing being determined
Project scope and deliverables
Team is responsible for making sure the engagement ratio is justified and appearing on dashboards. As per Product Management, the ratios that are being targeted for this round of work are:
- FF desktop
- FxA
- Mobile (iOS + android)
- Best of web - pocket and hello
- Test pilot
- Activity stream
Exec Summary
- Firefox desktop ratio now appears on summary dashboard
- Working on FxA and pocket for next set of ratios
- End of sprint for granular schedule of ratio deliverables
- Retiring risks around resourcing and information architecture

Accomplished for Last Period
- Met with Kenny from Pocket to make formal delivery and fromat of files
- started working towards projectization, list of deliverables, owners and timelines for each KPI's
- Established roles on team
Planned for Upcoming Period
- Update master list with timelines for data appearing on dashboard for each KPI
- also create staged deliverable schedule where multiple drops occur (firefox desktop)
- Meet with Mobile teams to get visibility into efforts
- identify blocking issues and risk and begin retiring
- Poke pocket to move process along
