Why I didn't leave the project back in 2009?
You join projects because you want to learn new things or meet new people but, most importantly, your involvement is baked by a strong motivation.
Motivation is what makes our participation to have an impact in the real world and also keeps us improving skills and learn most everyday.
But sometimes motivation can dilute, as we reach a a comfort zone and make others to reach that zone as well.
Why didn't I leave the project back in 2009? What made my participation even more challenging? And, how I rediscovered my motivation and became "hyperlocal"? That's what you'll see in this 20 minutes story.
