Firefox/Feature_Brainstorming:Privacy
Unfortunatly many websites require me to login with a password but don't offer encryption. The problem is that the passsword can easily be read by people having access to the network-wire. It is not possible to see, wheater the browser will send my password unencrypted unless I look into the html code of the page. So I set Firefox to warn me when sending unencrypted data, but now everytime I click on a form-element firefox will warn me about sending unencrypted information, even if I didn't type anything at all.
The solution is easy: Just warn the user when sending the input of a password field. This option is still missing in Firefox 3.0.3.
