- Production Acceptance
- What works?
- valuable
- good to have things in one place
- How to improve it?
- make it less heavy weight
- find a way to get it in bugzilla
- use project components just don't file huge tracking bugs
- Questions?
- What requires external security review? Anything new? Anything new of substantial size? Where do we draw the line?
- Production acceptance is not working the way we wanted it to -- how do we fix it and make it easier to use and adopt?
- Should AMO, SUMO, etc. dot releases of any size be subject to production acceptance processes? Why or why not?
- What works?
- Q2 wrap-up
- On-site feedback
- What worked?
- Yay team!
- Awesome to see everyone!
- Marketing picnic was great.
- Hack idea is good, but need more time to do it. Maybe spend a good 3-4 days on it.
- What sucked?
- We didn't go curling. Boo.
- No peanut butter and jelly at the picnic. WTF?
- Do it in middle or start of quarter instead of at the end.
- Make it a clearer time so we can hack on stuff together and not constantly be worried about quarterly goals.
